Corrections
TopTier Insights publishes guides on complex, fast-changing topics — rates, regulations, and program rules that can shift after we publish. When we discover a material factual error in a published article, we fix the article and log it here, with the date it was corrected. This page is a single, site-wide record — it is not a per-article changelog, and it does not list routine freshness updates (e.g., a rate refresh or a rewritten sentence for clarity). It only lists substantive corrections: factual errors that could have misled a reader.

Why This Page Is Usually Empty
An empty log is not evidence that our content is error-free — it means either no material error has been identified yet, or our review process hasn't caught one. We would rather show you an honest, sparse list than pad it with minor edits to look more "transparent," or leave errors unlisted to look more polished. If you spot something that looks factually wrong in one of our articles, please contact us — that's the main way corrections get added here.
